Pricing questions
What does free until 2026 mean?
You sign up and use the full Professional plan with no charge until Dec 31, 2026. No credit card needed. AI, SMS/WhatsApp and the patient portal are not part of the free period.
Do I need a credit card?
No. Registration and use during the free period do not require a card.
What happens on Jan 1, 2027?
Subscription billing starts. You choose a plan (Starter, Professional, Premium AI or Enterprise) and keep working — your data stays. Annual billing from then on includes 2 months free.
Can I change plans?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade as your clinic needs change. Higher-plan limits become available immediately; downgrades keep existing data while hard-blocking new entries beyond the new limits.
What if I hit a limit?
Limits are hard — exceeding them is not allowed. The app warns you and suggests a higher plan. Doctors, users, locations and images per patient depend on your plan.
